Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Wayne's Workshop website and our apps for iOS and any other devices and platforms.

Information Collected

We do not store any of the files that you create with our apps. All of the file information is stored locally and never transmitted to our servers.

Ads and analytics

Our apps, and website, may have ads. For our apps, a unique Apple generated "universally unique identifier", or UUID, is created on install and is used to track advertisements that are seen or clicked. The UUID is stored in a database, along with the Device Type, Model, iOS Version, and date information. In the case you are shown an ad on our website, and click on that ad, there is no unique identifier. We do track the current versions of iOS as well the device type so we can make sure to focus on the platforms and devices that our users use; again this uses the UUID.

Information Usage

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and see general trends of how well ads are working. We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.

Deleting Your Information

There are two ways to delete your information.
  1. Method one is to open a file, go to Tools -> App Settings -> enable "Reset all data files at next start" and "Erase Templates at next start". When you start the app again, tap on "Yes, Erase All Data", and all of the data will be erased.
  2. Method two is to delete the app from your iOS device.
Regardless of which method, all of the information that was stored will be lost and cannot be recovered. If you re-install the application, a new "universally unique identifier", or UUID, will be created. This new UUID cannot be tied to any previous UUID in any way.

Your Consent

By using our website or apps you consent to our privacy policy.
